Dr Pooja Panwar
Before moving to Australia and clearing her ADC exam 12 months ago in June 2021, Dr Pooja had run a successful dental clinic for 18 months in India;
After moving to Australia, she worked as a DA for six years with the Australian Public Health Services, VAHS, to stay connected with her profession.
- Perform all Dental treatments within the Scope of Practice
- Records Clinical Treatment and Notes
- Establish internal and external procedures and systems (including Equipment Usage, Infection Control) and takes a level of responsibility to ensure the same standards from Junior Staff
- Take a leading role within the dental team, mainly working in a structured relationship with the Oral Health Therapist and new Dentist.
- Possesses well-developed techniques to manage conflict and time pressures and to be able to interact well with all people in all situations
- Exhibits and empower other clinicians to high standards of patient care at all times to ensure our service exceeds expectations
